Service: | Fundamentals Of Stretching: Upper Body change Beginner group stretching class where we will be discussing the importance of stretching as well as a guided walkthrough introducing the basics of dynamic and static stretches designed to target the muscles of the upper body region. Our goals will be working towards achieving maximum range of motion, equalizing muscle imbalances, becoming more attuned with your body and breathing techniques.
This is a 60 minute class. Class size is limited to 8 people. Payment will be collected via card, cash or venmo prior to class.
